I’m Monique Lavec, entrepreneur and business horse coach
Like you, I am always overflowing with ideas. And over the years I have found a successful way to convert it into successful services and products. It doesn’t really matter what I sell, as long as my heart is completely in it. I have always followed my dreams. My passions.
I launched my first company when I was 22: an agency for journalistic productions. A follow-up study in Human Resources brought me to consultancy and management positions. That’s where my creativity burned out. I had to adjust myself, and it simply didn’t fit…. I decided to follow another dream: a boutique hotel in the Belgian Ardennes and I sold my first company. We rocked the Ardennes hotel market and in 2013 our hotel was voted best hotel in Belgium by Zoover.
Meanwhile, the horses came back into my life, after 30 years. My first own horse Maestro showed me the way to natural leadership. The hotel is sold in 2022 and now I work with the horses to make entrepreneurs real and natural leaders.
So I am a full-time entrepreneur, business coach and horse coach. Cool combination, isn’t it ?
